So, where do I start with how amazing Lianna is? She truly went out of her way to help us prepare our house for selling. She helped us come up with a plan on what needed to be done and what didn't. Gave us suggestions for paint colors, and many other tips. She even came over for several days and helped us paint and helped me clean the gutters on my garage. What agent does that? LIANNA!!!!!! She communicated with us every step of the way and explained everything we didn't understand. It really was a breeze selling our house with her. We will also be using her to buy our next home.
